The CR44s feature an 8-megapixel HD front camera (interpolated up to 32 MP) for capturing crisp photos and recording Full HD video. The field of view is aligned with the user's line of sight, providing an immersive experience. Recording can be triggered by a touch gesture on the arm or by voice command. 4 GB of internal memory allows for file storage before direct transfer via Wi-Fi or the HeyCyan app.
The video recordings are 9 minutes long before being transferred to your smartphone.
Audio and calls
The glasses feature an open-ear audio system that delivers immersive 3D stereo sound while allowing the user to remain aware of their surroundings. Calls benefit from dual noise reduction thanks to integrated microphones, ensuring clear voice even in noisy environments. Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity provides a stable and fast connection with a range of approximately ten meters, compatible with Android, iOS, and PC.
Artificial intelligence and functions
The CR44s are equipped with an AI-based voice assistant.
They offer visual recognition features for identifying objects or reading text, as well as real-time voice and visual translation. Commands can be made by voice or via a touch sensor. The HeyCyan app allows users to manage files, configure the glasses, and receive software updates.
Battery and power supply
The integrated 260 mAh battery offers up to two hours of continuous video recording or approximately twelve hours of audio playback and calls. Charging is done via USB-C using magnetic charging, with a fast-charging function that restores 60% of the battery capacity in thirty minutes.
Durability and comfort
The Crossbuds CR44 are IP65 certified, making them water and dust resistant. Their ergonomic and lightweight design ensures comfortable wear all day long. The lenses are interchangeable and can be replaced with prescription, sunglass, or blue light blocking lenses.
