1. Legal Warranty of Conformity
(Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code)

As a consumer, you benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity starting from the delivery date of the product.
This warranty covers:

All our new or refurbished products (excluding second-hand items)
-
Non-conformity defects existing at the time of delivery
-
Associated digital content and digital services
-
Free repair or replacement of any non-conforming product
-
Any repair extends the warranty by 6 months
-
Any replacement entitles you to a new 2-year warranty

The legal warranty applies independently of any commercial (manufacturer) warranty.

2. W2 SAS Commercial Warranty – Crossbuds® Products
W2 SAS provides a 2-year commercial warranty starting from the date of shipment or purchase from an authorized W2 SAS / Crossbuds® reseller.

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects on components and workmanship
-
Free repair or replacement of the product once declared defective
Product return costs are the customer’s responsibility. After inspection, repair or replacement will be carried out.

Exclusions:
-
Misuse or failure to follow the instructions
-
Modified, opened, or damaged products
-
Use of unauthorized parts
-
Missing, removed, or altered serial numbers
3. General Conditions

Keep your proof of purchase (original invoice)

The warranty duration is not extended, except in cases covered by legal repair rules
-
The commercial warranty does not replace the legal warranty
-
Second-hand products are not covered by any warranty
-
No refunds will be issued under the warranty
